Welcome, Braelea Franks – our new Talent Initiatives Coordinator!
With a background in administration and studies in Human Resource Management at ORU, Braelea is passionate about connecting people and creating community impact. She’ll focus on workforce and talent initiatives across Claremore.

Welcome, Tammy McCall – joining us as Data & Operations Support!
With 15 years in real estate development and prior service with the City of Owasso and City of Tulsa, Tammy brings deep experience in both private and public sectors and will provide expertise in operations and data management to support the organization’s growth and impact.

Congratulations, Bailey Thompson – transitioning into the role of Development Incentives & Finance Manager! In her new role, Bailey will lead our business retention and expansion efforts, strengthening relationships with employers and supporting new and existing industries to sustain Claremore’s growth and provide quality jobs.
