- $15 million in funding available for qualifying companies statewide.
- Supports high-impact capital investment, product development and increased capacity.
- Provides monthly payroll tax rebates to offset capital expenditures.
- Application period: March 31 – April 11, 2025, at 5 p.m.
- Supports construction or expansion of facilities at rural industrial parks.
- Provides incentives for land improvements, building construction and expansion, port terminal upgrades, and the purchase of eligible machinery and equipment.
- Application period: March 17 – 28, 2025
- Up to 5 years of property tax exemptions for new, expanded, or acquired manufacturing facilities.
- Eligible industries include manufacturing, R&D, computer services, data processing, aircraft repair and oil refineries.
- Firms must apply annually by March 15 through the County Assessor.
- The Oklahoma Tax Commission oversees final approval.
Oklahoma Innovation Expansion Program (OIEP)
