Program Outcomes and Impact
As the program closes, the following outcomes reflect its measurable impact across Rogers County:
- 312 total applications accepted
- $484,536.77 in scholarship funding awarded
- 89% of participants identified as low-to-moderate income
For three consecutive years, the Rogers County Scholarship Program demonstrated meaningful workforce impact by reducing financial barriers to skills training and connecting adult residents to high-demand career pathways.
The program was led by Claremore Economic Development in partnership with Rogers County, the City of Claremore Government, Rogers State University, and Northeast Tech. Through this collaboration, adult residents were able to complete approved technical training and micro-credential programs at no cost.
This opportunity expanded access to career advancement opportunities for residents and fostered a stronger, more workforce-ready talent pipeline for regional employers.
We extend our appreciation to all partners and participants who contributed to the program’s success.
